Mark Moser joined us and brought a load of road stories that will entertain anyone. A career that saw him overcome a lost Sr. year of high school, to riding the wave as the most dominant goal scorer of his time, and a lot of broken down buses, trash cans filled with ice, and the occasional Busch beer! A wonderful career capped off by his recent induction into the STL Soccer Hall of Fame, Class of 2023! Enjoy!!!

Cale Wasserman is the SIUE Men's Head Soccer Coach. Hailing from Michigan, he knew he had to come to the STL after a stint as the Asst. Coach at Michigan State under head Coach Damon Rensing (SLUH 93'), in order to add 10pts to his "Soccer IQ"! While "THE Soccer Dad-Pod" will continue to bring in guests that are part of the fabric, the foundation, and the future of soccer here in the Lou and beyond, Soccer Mom Sunday is going to focus on conversations with the carpool coordinators, lunchbox architects, and the most loyal fans at every soccer match... Soccer Moms. 
Up first, my wife Kimm (with two M's), and her baby sister Lynsey. We talked about their soccer parenting process, their passions, transitioning from stay at home Mom's to full time work and entrepreneurial endeavors, and then we let Tommy in the mix (Lynsey's husband) to illustrate how important it is to "fill one's cup."
This was a blast for me, and a must listen for all those households juggling the tryouts, the laundry, the wins, the losses, and father time!

Derek Burton was a Griffin during the most dominant run of mens High School Soccer ever... in the nation... hands down. He has since taken those skills, and accumulated knowledge and is entering into his 15th year as the head coach of the SIUE Division 1 Women's soccer program. We cover sooo much in this episode, INCLUDING his love affair with music in the early 90's and some memories of his brother Jeff.

Given the successes City SC's first Homegrown signing, Caden Glover, is having... Jason and his family has done something right. From managing Caden's path, to his passion that is the STL Steamers Soccer Club, just an incredible conversation that touches on a little of the secret sauce behind managing high performing players, while respecting all that play equally!
