Soccer Mom Sunday: The Allen Family

It’s our first RE-VISIT on Soccer Mom Sunday - and this time, host Jen Siess brought the WHOLE family! Back in August, we talked long-distance to a land Down Under with Sidney Allen - former Eureka High School, JB Marine Club, and University of Missouri - St. Louis soccer player - now a soccer PRO in Australia. Well she and her partner, Bree Whatman (who is a PRO basketball player in Australia), were in St. Louis for the holidays visiting Mom, Julie, and Dad, Mike Allen. We caught up with ALL of them to talk about the very long journey to the pros, living the life of a pro, planning for the future, and the growth of ALL women’s sports around the world!
