Soccer Mom Sunday: Sidney Allen | Down Under Pro!

Soccer Mom Sunday goes halfway around the world to Australia! Host Jennifer Siess from Mine to Define sat down with fellow Eureka High School Wildcat, Sidney Allen, to get the story on how this St. Louis player went “down under” to play The Beautiful Game. Sidney found success with JB Marine soccer club, moving on to play for the University of Missouri - St. Louis where she was named to its 2010-19 All-Decade Team. Sidney was able to continue with the game playing for the Women's Premier Soccer League team, Fire & Ice Soccer Club, winning the championship in 2017. With mentors in the game encouraging her to continue, Sidney signed a contract in Australia and has been playing pro there ever since.
