Oakville High School Women's head coach Sarah Guenther joined Jennifer Siess from Mine To Define to talk about her playing career, her coaching style, her expectations, and her passion for nutrition. From playing at JB Marine & Missouri State, Coach Guns takes her experiences from the highest levels and uses those experiences to help guide her philosophy and expectations as a coach! Day 1 "...be ready, for there are 80 of you and only 60 jerseys," and so much more! She also dives into her passion for nutrition and talks about some of the tips and tricks to keep her players fueled!
