Soccer Mom Sunday host, Jennifer Siess with Mine To Define, chatted with Harvard grad, Coach Katie, to talk so many things soccer - the D1 experience, keeping your team dialed in on the journey (A-10 Championship, NCAA 3rd Round), and building a team culture to align coach expectations and player leadership. We discussed the challenges of being a female coach and coaching while "mom-ing”. Katie also shared some wisdom about what she looks for in athletes on their journey from youth to the collegiate level.
